"Advancing Research in Applied Science, Engineering and Education in Post-Covid-19 Era for Sustainable Development"



ASEEC (Applied Science, Engineering, and Education Conference) is an annual conference organised by Research and Community Empowerment Institutions (LITPAM). The objective of this multidisciplinary conference is to provide a forum for researchers and academics to explore ideas, methods and results of research/studies in the field of Applied Science, Engineering, and Education. The theme for ASEEC 2021 is “Advancing Research in Applied Science, Engineering and Education in Post-Covid-19 Era for Sustainable Development“. Using the theme, ASEEC invites researchers and educators from the relevant fields to present their advance research findings that may have important contributions for society.

Call for Papers

Participants who want to present their paper in ASEEC 2021 should submit their FULL PAPER no later than July 4, 2021 for the first batch and August 30, 2021 for the second batch. Notification of full paper acceptance for presentation will be announced on August 22, 2021 and September 27, 2021. Only selected article will be presented in the conference. Author can only submit up to two papers. The deadline for Conference Registration will be October 25, 2021. The conference will be held ONLINE.

Poernomo Gunawan, Ph.D - School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, Singapore

Poernomo Gunawan obtained PhD degree from the school of Chemical & Biomedical Engineering NTU, Singapore in 2009. He is currently a scientist in the Institute of Chemical & Engineering Sciences, Singapore, working on heterogeneous catalysis. He is familiar with many materials characterizations, especially electron microscopy (TEM, SEM), X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and spectroscopies (FTIR, UV-vis, fluorescence, and ICP-AES).

Prof. Maria Joselevich - Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche, Argentina

Prof. Maria Joselevich currently works at the Centro de Política Educativa, La Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche. She is a Professor oin General Chemistry in the Instituto de Ingeniería y Agronomía. Maria does research in Didactics, Educational Technology, Secundary Education and Higher Education.

Prof. Dr. Siti Zubaidah, M.Pd - Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia

Prof. Dr. Siti Zubaidah, M.Pd is a professor in the biology education study program at Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia. She actively teaches and writes scientific articles related to applied biology and biology education. This can be seen from her many international publications related to genetics and the problems of biology education.

Samuel Iddi, Ph.D - University of Ghana, Ghana

Samuel received a first class Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, in 2005. He earned a Master of Statistics with emphasis in the area of biostatistics from the Universiteit Hasselt (UHasselt), Belgium, in 2009 completing with distinction. Samuel obtained a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with specialization in Biostatistics at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) also in Belgium on September, 2013.

Md Mofijur Rahman, Ph.D - University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia

Dr Rahman has completed his PhD on renewable energy in September 2017 from CQUniversity, Australia. He completed his M. Eng. Sc. from University of Malaya, Malaysia in January 2014 and B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology in 2010. He also completed Diploma in Power Technology from Barisal Polytechnic Institute, Bangladesh in 2005. Prior to his appointment at UTS, Dr Rahman joined as an adjunct research fellow at Central Queensland University to work on the exploration of new energy source, air pollution, renewable energy and engine combustion. He also worked as a research assistant from 2011 to 2014 at University of Malaya. He has expertise in discovering advanced biofuel for the internal combustion engine, biofuel conversion and characterisation, experimental and associated diagnostic techniques in the engine combustion. Dr Rahman has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers as first and co-authors within the last seven years. Dr Rahman is a guest editor of two international journal including "ENERGIES" and "POLYMER".


Selected paper will be included on IOP Journal of Physic: Conference Series, IEEE, and AP (SUBMITTED FOR FURTHER INDEXING TO SCOPUS/WOS)

The remaining paper will be offered to be published in our google scholar indexed proceeding and journal​
